Topho was born with the desire to bring the traditional Vietnamese pho flavor to everyone. We believe that a delicious bowl of pho is not only a combination of rich broth, soft noodles and fresh meat, but also the flavor of memories, of homeland in every spoonful of broth.
At Topho, we use a traditional recipe, with broth simmered for 24 hours from beef or chicken bones, combined with natural herbs such as cinnamon, star anise, cardamom to bring a rich, delicate flavor.
